Flawed, just like me . . .

We put out to the world how perfect we are. How we've met what was expected and then some. That whatever the dream we were fed to achieve has been realized. At least on the outside.
Smile pretty for the camera.

You know what, I don't want to see your best face. I want to see you.

For me, knowing that other's aren't perfect that they've feared, that they've doubted, that they've failed, and that they too are flawed is important.

When you're not willing to be real, the maintenance of your facade will be high. Stucco cracks.

If you're real, bruised, battered, unshowered, cynical, sinister and flawed just like me then let's hang out.
