It was a meal my father would have been proud of. The bread was delicious, the chicken was moist,the souffle was puffy and the green beans were crisp. Plus we had brownies for dessert.
Revisiting Thanksgivings past yesterday, I realized that I actually don't remember much of what I would call the most memorable Thanksgiving. I know that sounds weird, but it's the after effect of that Thanksgiving that lives in infamy.

Last year we ate Cioppino.
This year scallops, blue cheese souffle, rosemary chicken, potatoes, and green beans almondine.
I had a lot more to write, but guess it'll have to wait.
