I'd hoped to post a wonderfully insight comment today. It's after midnight and I'm running on about 4 hours sleep, and it's just not going to happen. It's been a hard but wonderful day.
My dad's health is deteriorating rapidly but luckily his mental faculty remained intact. Only this afternoon as his sisters and Linda Campbell where making carrot cake for the church dinner on Sat., did comment on the fact that they were not using the requisite unsalted butter.
